Eric Sheninger has six strategies to enhance online learning which boil down to relevance, active learning, flexibility, personalization and feedback.

    I strongly recommend offline classes because it makes students extrovert. It helps students to engage with people in real not in virtual. It helps students to enhance personality development.

How to Flip Your Classroom
